In my practice I offer Trail Talk, or Walking During Therapy, which allows us to partner the benefits of exercise and movement with the benefits of talk therapy. Trail Talk takes place near my office and on the Placerville Bike Trail, and is designed with the client's pace and goals in mind. Thus, this method can be taken advantage of by clients of any fitness level.
Trail Talk can be beneficial to anyone, but is especially helpful for clients dealing with ADHD, anxiety, high levels of stress, depression, and relationship issues. In my practice, I can combine Trail Talk with traditional therapy according to the client's needs and goals.
